Extra virgin olive oil
The olive oil "Dafnelia" is produced in traditional olives groves in the mountains of Chalkidiki.
It is ripended with biological procedures and collected with traditional methods. The olive oil is extracted without mixtures in certified oil press.
The chemical quantification guarantees the quality of the olive oil and its pure nature.
Olive paste
It is manufactured from green and black olives. After the cleaning and process stages are completed the core is removed.
In next stage the olives are processed in special devices which removes the skin and mashes the fleshy part of the fruit.
In the end, the flavor of the paste is enriched with Florina pepper, garlic, oregano and nuts. The binding of the various flavors is made in low temperatures for several hours and then is packed.
